Current top DSP News
Welcome Caleb
We are pleased to announce that NWKS has created a new Lead DSP supervisory position.
Caleb Cunningham has accepted the added responsibility of this position in addition to working as a DSP with his clients. Caleb will be offering support, encouragement, management and the launching of our new curriculum and social programming for both family and community DSP’s.
Caleb has been with NWKS from the beginning and came to us with years of in-home health experience. He has been working full time as a DSP while attending college for a bachelor’s in social work which he will be finishing up in 2026. Due to Caleb’s extensive background in working with all levels of clients and families we are confident he has the knowledge and experience to support our DSP team.
Michele will still provide backup support for our family DSP’s and Tami will still provide backup support for our community DSP’s.

Welcome Jason
We would like to welcome Jason Zeringue as our new compliance manager/marketing assistant. Jason comes to us with an extensive background in graphic design, website development and tech support and is also a current DSP with NWKS. Jason has been working on upgrading our website and creating our new quarterly newsletter along with continuing to investigate a more efficient process for our narratives and quarterly reports.
Jessica is still with us, she has transitioned into working as a DSP allowing her to work more closely with clients and be a part of the new curriculum and social programming. Jessica has a background in working with high risk DHS clients in the foster care system and youth with challenging behaviors.

Narrataives
Please make sure to write narratives addressing which desired outcome(s) were worked on during your shift, what worked, what didn’t, progress status and next steps.
CEUs
24 hours are required (including mandatory abuse and 2 hours of cultural diversity) and are due each year at your annual review (hire date). You can find information and resources on approved trainings and courses on our website www.nwkonnectionservices.com in the employee breakroom.
Quarterly Reports
Please fill out and return the STATE REQUIRED report forms within 1 week of receiving. We are in the process of researching the most efficient way to handle these so stay tuned ...
